No Refunds for Change of Mind

All ticket sales are final. We make arrangements for catering, printing, venue hire and event materials based on confirmed bookings. These commitments may involve costs that cannot be recovered once incurred.

We therefore do not offer refunds if you change your mind, are unable to attend or have a scheduling conflict, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Transferring Your Ticket

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person from your business at no additional cost, provided the transfer is completed before the retreat begins.

To arrange a transfer, email [email protected] with the new attendee’s full name and email address so we can update the booking.

If We Cancel or Change the Retreat

If we cancel the retreat, or change the event dates and you are unable to attend the rescheduled dates, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If we make a smaller change, such as updating the venue or adjusting a session, your ticket will remain valid.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a refund or another remedy if there is a major failure with the services provided.
