Gold Coast · Friday 6 November
The end of year in a disability or aged care business doesn't feel like an ending. It feels like this.
Rosters that won’t fill.
Leave requests stacked in your inbox.
Invoicing you’re doing at nine at night because that’s the only window you had.
A client matter that needs your attention before the office shuts.
And underneath it, a quiet hope that January is kinder than December was.
Then the year just finishes.
No moment. No marker. You look up and it's mid January and you never actually stopped.
That's the part we want to change.

We’ve run a full year of Level Up events across the country. Sydney, Melbourne, Gold Coast. Full days of strategy, systems, structure, and the work that steadies a business. This is not that.
This is the part where you stop, look at what you carried, and celebrate the fact you’re still standing and your business is still serving people.

You arrive and settle in, with canapés and drinks offered throughout the evening. It is a relaxed space to mingle, meet new people and connect with other business owners who understand your world.
The room is disability providers, aged care providers, allied health owners, support coordinators and SIL operators. People who’ve had the same year you’ve had. People who know what a Stage 2 audit does to a week, what it feels like when two support workers resign on the same Friday, and why you check your phone before your feet hit the floor.
Somewhere you can let your hair down with other business owners who get it, without having to explain what your year actually looked like.
No translation required. That’s the whole point.

Dress up

Get dressed. Properly dressed. Not the version of you that runs from a client meeting to school pickup with a laptop bag on your shoulder.
Most people in this sector spend the year being useful. Being needed. Being the one who fixes it. You put on something you love, you walk into a room where nobody needs anything from you, and something shifts. It’s not about the outfit. It’s about giving yourself one night where you’re not on call for anyone.
Come as the version of you that doesn’t get out much.

◆︎ If you’ve been carrying payroll in your head on a Sunday
◆︎ If your team is growing and your systems haven’t caught up
◆︎ If your team is growing and your systems haven’t caught up
◆︎ If you’ve been the last person in the business to have a proper break
◆︎ And the first one to be called when something goes wrong
You don’t need to be running a big business.
You don’t need to have had a good year.
You just need to have had a year, and to want an evening that marks the end of it properly.
