Terms & Conditions of Enrolment

Vanessa Norman's Programs

By registering for 49 Days to the CEO You're Becoming, you are entering into an agreement and you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Inclusions

Upon registration, participants are granted access to:

- The live workshop, held online on the confirmed date and time

- A workbook to use during and after the workshop

- Setup Audio, Morning Audio and Evening Audio, guided audio for the 49 day period following the workshop

- A recording of the live workshop, accessible in your portal after the event

- Access is provided as outlined above, and may include additional resources at Vanessa's discretion.

2. Payment Terms

Registration is a single payment of $147 (inc GST).

All payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). You agree to the full financial commitment of your registration, regardless of your attendance or level of participation on the day.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this program, where you receive immediate access to digital materials including the workbook, audio resources and workshop recording, all payments are strictly non refundable and non transferrable.

This applies whether you attend the live workshop or not. Non attendance, change of mind, or personal circumstances do not constitute grounds for a refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided in this program is the intellectual property of Vanessa Norman. This includes but is not limited to the workbook, audio recordings, workshop recording, and any frameworks or tools shared during the session.

You are granted a single use licence for personal use. Reproduction, distribution or sharing with non paying individuals is strictly prohibited.

5. Responsibility & Results

Your outcomes from this program depend on your personal commitment, consistency and implementation of the material provided. While tools, guidance and proven frameworks are provided, no guarantees of business outcomes, income, or results are made.

6. Conduct & Participation

Vanessa Norman reserves the right to remove a participant from the live workshop or portal access without refund for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour, or misuse of program materials.

7. Communication & Support

Support is provided via email and the confirmation, reminder and portal emails sent as part of this program. Response times may vary and are limited to business hours (AEST).

8. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern, we ask that you reach out in writing to [email protected]. We are committed to resolving matters respectfully. Disputes not resolved amicably will be referred to independent mediation.

9. Agreement

By registering for this program, you confirm that:

- You have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions

- You accept the no refund, no transfer payment policy

- You are over 18 years of age and legally able to enter into this agreement
